An Aero Experience: Flight in 1955 Piper Tri Pacer Around St. Louis

The Aero Experience was recently privileged to take a flight in a 1955 Piper Tri Pacer following the EAA 64 Young Eagles rally at St. Louis Downtown Airport. Some lucky Boy Scouts took flights in the aircraft during the day, and pilot Bill Florich invited The Aero Experience up for one more tour of the local St. Louis area before calling it a day. EAA 64 is a very active chapter, giving Young Eagle flights throughout the spring, summer and fall seasons, and is currently rebuilding a Pietenpol in historic Curtiss-Wright Hangar 2 it shares with the Greater St. Louis Air & Space Museum.
