Oshkosh 2012 continues with the airshow performers - we'll start with the A-10C Thunderbolt II solo performance. This aircraft, s/n 80-0278, flown by A-10 West Heritage Flight pilot Captain Kyle "Swat" Lanto, performed strafing runs and graceful slow-speed passes before joining the P-38 (see next post). Since this year's schedule has been suspended, all we have now are fond memories of last year's performance:
