Arch Helicopter at Farmington Regional Airport Salutes First Responders

By Fred Harl
The Aero Experience appreciates the sacrifices made by  members of the military and first responders as they serve to defend and rescue fellow citizens under difficult circumstances.  Recently, a salute to first responders was held by Arch Helicopter (Air Methods) at Farmington Regional Airport in southeast Missouri, home of one of the Arch (Air Methods) Eurocopter EC-130s.  Along with the Eurocopter EC-130B-4, there were several MBB BK-117s to accompany the emergency ground vehicles from Farmington and Doe Run Fire Districts and local, county and state police jurisdictions.  The Aero Experience brings you a pictorial review of the event, and asks everyone to say "Thank You" to every first responder and military member you meet:
