Southwestern Tour Begins: First Reports from Midwest Aviation Nomads

By Mark Nankivil
The Aero Experience has begun what will be a year of significant growth in our geographical range of coverage with the first major excursion: The Southwestern Tour.  Contributors Mark Nankivil and Fred Harl have struck out across the plains and western desert like aviation nomads to cover a large territory of interesting sites.  The duo, along with Junior Contributor Jack Nankivil, departed from St. Louis Saturday and have already visited parts of Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas and have a caravan of photos to bring back.  The first reports are looking great, so we thought a teaser of sorts was in order.
