EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2019: Boeing Plaza - F-15C Eagle and F-15E Strike Eagle

The Aero Experience continues our coverage of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2019, sponsored by Elite Aviation, with a look at two related USAF tactical aircraft on display in Boeing Plaza: the F-15C Eagle and F-15E Strike Eagle. Designed and produced by McDonnell Douglas prior to the Boeing takeover, these aircraft set the standard for air superiority and interdiction mission success for over four decades, and still perform the bulk of these missions around the world. Featured here are an F-15C Eagle from the 104th FW, MA ANG and an F-15E Strike Eagle from the 307th FS, 4th FW of the Air Force Reserve at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.
