Plane Clean has announced that they will be offering ceramic coating services starting in January 2024. Aero Cosmetics Ceramic 37 offers 7-10 years of protection for a wide variety of surfaces used on aircraft (excepting rubber), including vinyl wraps. Application of the ceramic coating is a multi-step process, and the Plane Clean team will work with aircraft owners and operators to determine the best approach to meet customer requirements. Ceramic coatings have proven to be safe and beneficial to preserve aircraft appearance and overall value, and now Plane Clean can be your service provider in the St. Louis-Metro East area.

Owner Guy Matthews and his crew strive to provide the best possible results through personalized service to aircraft owners and fleet operators. Plane Clean employees have a passion for aviation, and their skill and dedication are displayed on every aircraft they touch.

Plane Clean Aviation Detailing Services uses the Aero Cosmetics line of American-made products that is safe for all aircraft surfaces. Belly Soap cleans tough areas like bottom panels and cowlings. Wash All cleaner and degreaser handles the landing gear and wheel well clean-up jobs. Wash Wax All gives UV protection and a light wax to make future cleaning easier. Wax All adds a layer of protection that lasts up to one year. Rubber Care is ideal for tires and plastic surfaces.

Along with the Premium or Full-Service Detail Packages, a monthly Maintenance Wash keeps the aircraft clean and protected. This benefits fleet operators who employ the Maintenance Wash service at 100-hour inspection intervals. This small investment in regular detailing care will be noticed by pilot and passengers alike along with prospective buyers if the aircraft is offered for sale in the future.

The Plane Clean Aviation Detailing Services crew will give you an overview of their aircraft detailing process in our newest video production included here:
