Fair St. Louis Airshow Performers Begin to Arrive on Site

The St. Louis area is already in the mood for a series of outstanding aero experiences, beginning with today's arrival of EAA's B-17 Flying Fortress "Aluminum Overcast" at St. Louis Downtown Airport.  The B-17 will be available there for public flights through July 4, and it will move to Spirit of St. Louis Airport just west of St. Louis County July 5-7.  Meanwhile, airshow performers are arriving for the Fair St. Louis Airshow to be held on July 4-5.  The Aero Experience begins its exclusive coverage of the preparations for the Fair St. Louis Airshow with this spotting report of early arrivals: Aeroshell Aerobatic Team, F-4U-5 Corsair flown by Dave Folk and the Red Bull MBB BO-105.  Here are some photos of the aircraft from today:
