Airshow Pilot Patrick McAlee Arrives at Midwest Airport Fun Days

Airshow pilot Patrick McAlee arrived at Midwest Airport Fun Days at St. Louis Downtown Airport today and delighted visitors with several smoke-on passes.  He landed his "Blue Demon" Pitts Special in front of the Greater St. Louis Air & Space Museum, located at Historic Curtiss-Wright Hangar 2.  McAlee will lend a little pizazz to the event with several flights per day and interaction with visitors throughout the weekend.  Following his arrival today at Midwest Airport Fun Days, he participated in an extensive interview with HEC-TV that will be used in a future documentary series about aviation.  Here are some views of Patrick McAlee's arrival and interview:
