Flying With The Aero Experience: Fly Baby Formation Over the Mississippi River

A mid-January 2013 warm spell brought with it open hangars and a nice morning for flying around the St. Louis area. The Aero Experience went flying along the Mississippi River with Paul Voorhees of Big River Aviation in St. Louis Flight Training’s Cessna 152 on a post-maintenance flight from St. Louis Downtown Airport in Cahokia to Sackman Field in Columbia, IL.  There were several Fly Babies at Sackman Field, and on the way back to Cahokia we met up with a Fly Baby flown by Jeff Beckwith. Here is a look at our aero experience:
