The Aero Experience visited the Tennessee Museum of Aviation during a recent spring road trip through this scenic region. The museum is known for its airworthy warbirds collection, including two P-47 Thunderbolts, Douglas Skyraider, and T-28 Trojan among others. Other displays include uniforms and artifacts, Beech 18 mockup used in movies, wrecked P-47 engine, other engine displays and even additional aircraft under restoration. Here are some views of this great museum, and additional coverage can be found in our 2014 visit post here: http://aeroexperience.blogspot.com/2014/12/views-from-recent-travels-aviation.html.
