The
Aero Experience continues our coverage of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2019,
sponsored by Elite Aviation, with this introductory look at the setup for aircraft displays in Boeing Plaza. A number of current Boeing aircraft, especially the
tankers and legacy McDonnell Douglas tactical aircraft, were featured in the
daily static display rotation. We include the evolving nature of the aircraft
setup and, of course, the changing weather. This post also shows visitors
clustered around the aircraft and the hard-working ground crews that kept the
aircraft moving safely around the plaza each day. We will feature specific
aircraft in future posts, so check back often for more from Boeing Plaza.
The Aero Experience looks back on 2020
