"Have camera, will travel," is more than just a catchphrase. The Aero Experience team is always looking for interesting aviation events and aircraft to capture for our audience. Some of the images are from spectacular airshows, but many are also from the daily happenings at the local airport that often produce pleasant surprises along the way. After looking into the archives of the last few years, some images came to mind that may not have been featured in previous posts. So they will be released here in the "Flying With Fred" series. Today's collection features views from Farmington Regional Airport, Fall 2015 and Winter 2016. Included here is a special birthday flight for Mr. Gene Smith, former airline pilot and member of EAA Chapter 1424, and a visit by Valiant Echoes pilot Michael Kennedy.
The Aero Experience is a celebration of Midwest Aviation and aerospace achievement. We invite you to join us as we tell the story of Midwest Aviation through first-hand, immersive experiences. Check in with The Aero Experience frequently to see where we land, and then go out and have your own aero experiences!
