The Fall SOAR Into STEM Session concluded on a high note as the SOAR Into STEM participants took Young Eagle Flights courtesy of EAA Chapter 1675 based at Wings of Hope supported by pilots and aircraft from other local chapters as well. The students gained experience performing basic maneuvers as they flew around the local area with their volunteer EAA-member pilots. It was the first flight in a general aviation aircraft for most of them. Here we present a pictorial review of flights conducted Saturday morning and the static display of The New Spirit of St. Louis provided by AeroCareers.
