Greetings from The Aero Experience Team

The Aero Experience is a celebration of Midwest aviation and aerospace achievement. We invite you to join us as we explore the treasures of Midwest aviation through first-hand experiences. Our contributors take turns flying lead, and we are always looking for new destinations. Check in with The Aero Experience frequently to see where we will land today, and then go out and have your own aero experiences!

EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2013: Julie Clark and the Juice Plus Smokin' Mentor Day Show

Fred Harl and Carmelo Turdo Aero Experience continues our winter coverage of the EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2013 airshow performers by featuring the daytime performance of the legendary Julie Clark.  In her 34th year flying the T-34 Mentor she bought in 1977, Julie Clark has honed the art of aerobatic flying to a fine edge and set the standards very high for others following in her footsteps.  She has over 30,000 flying hours and over 40 years of flying experience in a wide range of aircraft, from U.S. Navy Mentors to Northwest Airlines jetliners.  In this installment, we present the daytime airshow performed during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2013.
