The Aero Experience continues our year-round coverage of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2019, sponsored by Elite Aviation, with this look at two beautiful warbirds flying together in the Saturday airshow. The Class of '45 features Scott Yoak flying the P-51D Mustang Quick Silver and Jim Tobul flying the F-4U-4 Corsair Korean War Hero in formation and solo passes. It is a rare treat to experience the sights and sounds of these classic warbirds as they gracefully fly as one. Here we include several tight formation passes and a solo pass from each prior to landing.
The Aero Experience is a celebration of Midwest Aviation and aerospace achievement. We invite you to join us as we tell the story of Midwest Aviation through first-hand, immersive media presentations. Check in with The Aero Experience frequently to see where we land, and then go out and have your own aero experiences!

The Aero Experience resumes our coverage of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2019, sponsored by Elite Aviation, with this latest edition in the airshow series featuring Mark Sorenson and Mark Nowosielski: the Twin Tigers Aerobatic Team. We present this photo essay to show the aerial artistry displayed by the team in their tiger-striped Yak-55s and also to honor the memory of pilot Mark Nowosielski. Here we include the dazzling performances during the Monday and Tuesday afternoon airshows, and we will feature the spectacular night show coverage in a future post.
