The Aero Experience continues our
coverage of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2019, sponsored by Elite Aviation, with this
look at the classic Aeronca, Stinson and Taylorcraft aircraft in the Vintage
Area. Included here are aircraft models dating from the 1940s that still provide
great utility and flying satisfaction today. Though used for pleasure flying
today because of their sedate performance, many of these models were also used
in military service as liaison aircraft. This collection includes some of the longest-serving
general aviation aircraft in use today.
