American Waco Club Fly-In Participants Gather at Creve Coeur Airport for Weekend Festivities

Participants in the 2014 American Waco Club Fly-In have begun to gather at Creve Coeur Airport near St. Louis from all over the country in preparation for this weekend's festivities.  The annual event is again being held at Creve Coeur Airport, home of the renowned Historic Aircraft Restoration Museum and several world-class antique aircraft restoration businesses.  Club members may participate in social and professional development activities, including forums on spruce woodworking and radial engines on Friday and free flight reviews.  Another club ritual, the breakfast fly-out to Aero Estates Airport in nearby Belleville, IL is scheduled for Saturday morning.  The Aero Experience will be covering the event all weekend, beginning with this preview from midday today:
