EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2013 was a haven for warbirds, and one of the most recognizable World War II-era aircraft was found in abundance: the North American P-51 Mustang. Fortunately, there are a variety of Mustangs still flying, many with nose art and names that honor a wartime pilot or are newly added to the nose art folklore. We have attempted to capture the beauty and grace of the North American Mustang in this photo essay:
