EAA members, active experimental aircraft builders and pilots attended the forums at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2016 in large numbers. According to the EAA's figures, 1050 separate sessions were attended by over 75,000 people during the week. As seen in the photos in this story, there were opportunities to attend briefings on various aircraft types and piloting skills, and several project aircraft were available for hands-on training. Excellent examples of experimental aircraft were on display, giving everyone passing through the forums area encouragement to get involved in building their own.
