The Aero Experience features three more complimentary airshow performers in our continuing coverage of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2016, sponsored by Air Associates. Each brings a unique style and aircraft to the airshow scene, standing out among the many performers in the daily airshows.
Aerobatic champion, Red Bull racer and airshow favorite Michael Goulian brought his crisp, high-energy airshow performance again to EAA AirVenture 2016. We also feature his Extra 330SC on display at sponsor Whelen Goodyear exhibit and his Cirrus support plane.
Another aerobatic champion and Red Bull racer, Kirby Chambliss, is also a regular performer at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2016. Look low, not high or you'll miss his high-speed, low-altitude passes in the Edge 540!
A new arrival to the airshow scene is the GB1 Gamebird, a newly designed, 315hp, composite aerobatic aircraft. The aircraft premiered at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2016, and is due to go into production at a new Bentonville, AR facility.
