EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2016: Warbirds - B-25 Mitchell

Fred Harl and Carmelo Turdo
http://www.airassociatesmo.com/tae/The Aero Experience has taken a short break from our year-round coverage of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2016, sponsored by Air Associates, but we are back today to salute the warbirds currently in the spotlight: the North American B-25 and PBJ Mitchell medium bomber similar to those used on the Doolittle Raid 75 years ago.  B-25s were on static display and flew during the warbirds portion of the airshows during the week, and we have some examples here to salute the aircraft that took World War II back to Japan in 1942:

Barbie III from Cavanaugh Flight Museum in Addison, TX

Devil Dog from CAF Devil Dog Squadron in Georgetown, TX

Paper Doll from the Fagen Fighters WWII Museum in Granite Falls, MN

Russian to Get Ya from Lewis Air Legends in San Antonio, TX

Yellow Rose from CAF Central Texas Wing in San Marcos, TX
