Midwest Aviation Events Showcase Light Sport Aircraft, Host Young Eagle Flights

The Aero Experience continues to seek out opportunities to celebrate Midwest Aviation by highlighting the great community events from the heartland.  Two such events in Illinois from September, the Midwest LSA Expo at Mount Vernon Outland Airport and Sparta Aero's Flight Fest, made a positive impact on those who participated in them.  The Midwest LSA Expo brought the major Light Sport Aircraft manufacturers together to demonstrate their products to potential buyers and the public while the airport also hosted Young Eagle Flights on Saturday.  The Sparta Aero Flight Fest offered Young Eagle Flights, Introductory Flights, car show, and family activities for the public to enjoy.  The Aero Experience featured the Midwest LSA Expo in previous posts, and we include another look at the Rans S-20LS and the Flying Legend Tucano below.  Our coverage from Sparta airport includes static display aircraft and Young Eagle flights.  Thank you to all involved with these great Midwest Aviation events.
