Patrick McAlee and the Blue Demon

The Aero Experience has informally covered  Patrick McAlee and the ExtremeFlight team since 2013, and we were continually impressed with the high-energy aerobatic performances Patrick McAlee brought to Midwest airshow audiences.  His airshow routine incorporates precision tumbling maneuvers, high-speed smoke passes and vertical climbs that show off the incredible performance of his Pitts S-1S the Blue Demon while maintaining a high safety margin.  But the airshow performance is just part of the attraction.  Patrick McAlee makes a special effort to interact with the audience and the community hosting each event, adding to his outreach and promotional value wherever he performs.  For more about Patrick McAlee's outstanding aviation career, visit his page on ExtremeFlight.
