New Year Greetings from The Aero Experience Team

New Year - 2014 - Greetings from The Aero Experience Team!

Carmelo Turdo
It is time again to welcome a New Year  - 2014 - to our collective aero experience.  As we briefly reflect on the accomplishments of 2013, the promise of this coming year shines even brighter than we imagined.  The Aero Experience Team has worked tirelessly to find interesting people to meet and great places to explore across the Midwest, all bringing a positive contribution to aviation and aerospace development.  It is our sincerest hope that what we have presented has encouraged you to visit with us often and have your own aero experiences.

Mark Nankivil
We have shared nearly 300 aero experiences in 2013, spanning from our home base in St. Louis, MO to cities in Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Tennessee and of course Oshkosh, Wisconsin.  Along the way we have joined with like-minded industry partners to enhance the experiences, including our host, the Greater St. Louis Air & Space Museum, our resident barnstormer Kevin Kegin of St. Louis Biplane Rides, and the  sponsors of our continuing coverage of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2013, Air Associates of Missouri and Air Associates of Kansas.   Throughout our journey through 2013, you have increased monthly response to The Aero Experience by 50%, and other significant aerospace media outlets have carried our feature articles.  Cooperative relationships with regional airport managers, education institutions, aerospace service providers, airshow performers and local aviators have matured and now prepare the way for significant new developments in the year to come.

In 2014, The Aero Experience Team will continue to share our adventures, and we will join with our friends and industry partners to encourage more participation in aviation activities.  In the coming weeks, more partnerships and new Midwest aviation events will be announced.  This coming year will bring with it more action in the air, more in-depth feature stories, and coverage of a larger geographic area than ever before.  Check back often to see what new surprises await each visit.

Thank you so much for joining us for each aero experience, and let's continue to Celebrate Midwest Aviation!
