We continue our coverage in Part 2 with a survey of the over 100 aircraft that were on site Monday for the solar eclipse fly-in. Some were flown in Sunday, and plane-side tents were still in evidence Monday morning when we arrived. Others arrived throughout the morning until about 1pm when everyone on the field prepared to experience the eclipse totality. It was gratifying to see such a great turnout to this unique Midwest Aviation event, and we hope you enjoy this extensive fly-in photo essay.
Special thanks to the City of Perryville, MO and all who helped make our coverage of the event possible.
