The EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2014 airshow lineup included the winner of the 2014 Bill Barber Award for Showmanship, Greg Koontz. Along with his Xtreme Decathlon airshow act, Koontz also offers the Alabama Boys comedy act which includes the dramatic landing of a 1946 Piper J3 Cub on the roof of a pickup truck. 2014 marked his 40th year in the airshow business.Along with performing in airshows across the nation, Greg Koontz is also an Authorized American Champion Aircraft Dealer and aerobatic instructor at the Sky Country Lodge private airport. He also sponsors the Aerobatic Instructors Scholarship in memory of airshow legend, Bobby Younkin.
