The Aero Experience continues our year-round coverage of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2016, sponsored by Air Associates, with our first story in the series featuring the major exhibitors. This photo essay shows some of the initial setup on the weekend prior to Monday's opening, and also the departure of display aircraft on the final Sunday. The exhibits are under construction and undergoing landscaping through the weekend and late into the evening before Monday's opening day, and bargain hunters can still get some good free samples from exhibitors on closing Sunday. We will continue to visit individual product and service displays throughout January.
