Air Associates of Missouri held the annual Cessna Demo Day event at Spirit of St. Louis Airport today on one of the most beautiful days of the summer. The public was invited to check out the flight school facilities and Cessna aircraft fleet, including visiting aircraft - a new 172S Skyhawk flown by Discover Flying Challenge pilot intern Keven Lenahan and the advanced design TTX. Guests met with certified flight instructors and discussed options for pursuing their dreams of flight. Cessna Aircraft Company demonstration pilots were on hand to show the aircraft and fly potential customers. A lucky young lady, Samantha Brinker, won the drawing for a flight with Cessna pilot Dave Richardson in the brand new Cessna 172S Discover Flying Challenge aircraft. The Aero Experience was invited to go along, and some of the photos in this feature are from that flight.
